➢ The Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellation of services caused by natural calamities, landslides, floods, political disturbances, strikes, roadblocks, pandemics, technical failures, or any force majeure event.
➢ Travelers are solely responsible for carrying valid identification documents, permits, visas, tickets, and any other travel-related documents required for the journey.
➢ Hotel star ratings, property descriptions, photographs, and amenities displayed on websites, brochures, or promotional materials are based on information provided by suppliers and may differ from actual experiences.
➢ Any additional expenses arising due to flight/train delays, cancellation, weather conditions, medical emergencies, or personal reasons shall be borne directly by the traveler.
➢ Advance Trip & Travel shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of luggage, valuables, cash, jewellery, electronic gadgets, or personal belongings during the trip.
➢ Travelers are advised to verify all travel details, inclusions, exclusions, and booking information before confirming the package.
➢ By making payment and confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer along with all applicable policies and conditions of Advance Trip & Travel.
